Biography
Melvin L. Myers is an engineer who served as a US Public Health Service Officer in the Environmental Protection Agency at its creation and for 10 years thereafter and at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for 20 years. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Emory University where he taught Environmental and Occupational Health Policy for 25 years. The class covered occupational safety and health, US environmental health statutes, and international environmental regimes. During 2006-2014, he held the position of Associate Professor of Preventive Medicine and Environmental Health as a research engineer at the University of Kentucky where he was a Principle Investigator for an aquacultural safety and health project. He currently holds a courtesy appointment at the University of Florida and is engaged on a seafood worker safety and health project

Biography
Dr. Hector M. Guevara is the founder, chairman of the board, and President of various corporations, including NuEnergy Group, Inc., previously a Public Company, trading on the OTC, and now being held inactive (operations/trading stopped). Dr. Guevara has devoted the past 35 years to the research and development of renewable energy systems. Dr. Guevara’s companies designed and or produced many of the most notable solar, wind, and hydroelectric systems deployed throughout the world. The results of his research and development have been assigned to his new Florida Corporation; NuEnergy Technologies Corp. Dr. Guevara is a patent and co-patent holder in various sustainable energy and propulsion technologies. Dr. Guevara has also been the recipient of various grants from Federal Govt. Agencies, e.g., NASA/SATOP, DOE (SBIR), United Nation’s UNICEF, and others.

Biography
Baghdad OUDDANE has obtained a PhD in Environmental Chemistry in 1990 and a HDR (Higher Degree by Research) in 1997 at Lille 1 University. Lecturer (1992-2003) and Full Professor at Lille University since 2003. He is the Head of the Master "Water Treatment" in Lille1 University. He has published more than 110 papers in reputed Environmental Journals and more than 120 communications in national and international conferences and co-authors of four books (two popular sciences); he is a referee in several international journals in the field of environment.
